Agreed. The motherhood penalty is what any worker, male or female, should expect after a layoff period. The "Daddy Bonus" is what every worker receives for a continuous work record. Mothers on average take six years off full-time work, work more part-time jobs and live five years longer than men.
Women are always suffering when they have less money to control. Less money bothers women.
Women at work are less able to enter or build social hierarchies at work. Outside of work, somehow, women are able to get men to throw money their way.
